4 Runners Only is Piedmont North Carolina's center for running. We opened in June of 1999 and have been going strong since. 4 Runners Only is a store owned and managed by runners for runners.  Owned and managed by Steve Bennett.  A knowledgeable sales staff is on hand to assist you in determining the right shoe for you. Bring in your old shoes for us to look at your wear pattern, answer some questions about your running needs, injuries, goals, where you run, weekly mileage etc. We have a treadmill you can run on to analyze your gait and try out the style of shoe we pick out for you. We carry a full line of technical clothing and a complete line of accessories. We are also a leading resource for information on local running clubs, group runs and all local and regional races. From Business 40 (east or west), Take the Silas Creek Parkway exit heading north to Wake Forest University. Follow Silas Creek Parkway to the entrance of WFU at Reynolda Road. Turn right on Reynolda Road. At the next stoplight turn left onto By Way Street which is the entrance to Reynolda Village. 4 Runners Only is located in the Cattleshed Building #111.
